Ms Loide Uushona is a co-founder and the Managing Director of ProQuest Diagnostic Laboratories. She is a Medical Laboratory Scientist and holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences from NUST. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of Namibia in both Clinical Pathology and Blood Transfusion. Ms Uushona has over 10 years of experience in the Medical Laboratory Science field. She has worked in both the public and private sectors of the field ranging from clinical pathology and Blood Transfusion and training. Her expertise includes and is not limited to operations management, blood product management, staff management, procurement, training and stakeholder engagement and

relations. Ms Uushona has served in professional leadership roles including President of the Namibian Association of Medical Laboratory Sciences. She currently serves as a member of the AHPCNA Professional Committee on Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science and related professions.

Mr. Pendapala Shiyuka a Co-Founder and Technical Director of ProQuest Diagnostic Laboratories holds a Bachelors of Biomedical Science from NUST. He is registered with the Health Professions Council of Namibia in both Clinical Pathology. Mr. Shiyuka has over 10 years working experience in both public and private sectors with added experience in providing Qaulity Assurance support in different HIV/AIDS programmes in the country. The working experience gives him vast understanding of the quality, health and safety systems.
